PharmaKind Collective connects pharmacies with licensed relief pharmacists and supports pharmacy workforce development in the Greater Toronto Area. Through this website we collect the information you choose to give us when you contact us or register:

• Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Business or professional details such as a pharmacy name and location, or a pharmacist's registration number, experience and availability.
• Coverage details such as dates, shift times and pharmacy system information, when a pharmacy requests relief coverage.
• Anything you choose to include in a message.

What we never ask for

Our public forms never ask for prescription information, patient health information or other protected health information. Please do not include it in a message.

How we use your information

• To respond to coverage requests and general enquiries.
• To coordinate relief pharmacist placements and tell you about opportunities.
• To support pharmacy workforce and student development programs.
• To improve this website and our communications.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you arrive from a link that carries campaign details (such as utm_source), your browser keeps them in session storage for the length of your visit so they can be included with a form you send. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

If we add analytics or marketing technologies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Form submissions

When you send a form, the information you provide goes to our customer relationship management system, which creates or updates a contact record so we can respond. The page address you sent it from, including any campaign details in the link, is stored with that record.

Service providers

We use a customer relationship management platform to manage enquiries and registrations. Your information is sent to that service only for the purposes described here.

Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and manage the relationship.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
