There is no fixed turnaround. Planned absences benefit from as much notice as possible; for unexpected sick calls we work with what is available. We'll be transparent about timing when you reach out.

Are the pharmacists licensed?
Pharmacists we coordinate must meet applicable professional licensing requirements to practise in Ontario. Pharmacies remain responsible for verifying credentials appropriate to their operation.
Can the relief pharmacist use our pharmacy software?
Share your dispensing system (for example Kroll or PharmaClik) when you request coverage. We use it to match a pharmacist familiar with your workflow where possible.
Do you charge the pharmacy a fee?
We don't publish pricing on the site. Reach out with your coverage needs and we'll discuss arrangements directly.
